Men's Ministries
- Encouraging every pastor to organize a men’s ministry group in his/her church.
- Resourcing every men’s ministry group with relevant, transformation information developed expressly for men.
- Offering training to raise up leadership within the local church that will not only affect those who are already a part of the church but will strategically reach into the community through special events to recruit others to be a part.
- Staging area and district wide events to develop, support and encourage men to use their God given gifts and abilities to benefit their families, churches, and communities.
Honorbound Men’s Ministries includes responsibly for the success of Royal Rangers in the local church. This is accomplished by establishing an outpost council from the men’s ministry which works with Royal Ranger Commanders to provide the resources necessary to run and equip a successful outpost. Men are responsible to see that the young men in their churches have the opportunity to come through the Royal Ranger program which will prepare them spiritually, emotionally, and physically to face life as a Christian adult.
Honorbound also raises mission’s funds through Light for the Lost to provide bibles and printed literature for missionaries to use at home and abroad. Since its inception in 1953 the men of the Assemblies of God have raised over $216,000,000.00 to assist our missionaries in reaching the world with the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
