Fulfilling The Great Commission

The Mississippi District Council World Missions and US Missions arms exist to equip and encourage the Assemblies of God Pastors and churches of Mississippi to fulfill the Great Commission through Assemblies of God World Missions. We also hope to equip and encourage planting and revitalizing churches and developing leaders throughout the state of Mississippi through leadership and church development.

U.S. Missions

In Acts 1:8, Jesus told the apostles, “And you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Surely we can deduce that the ends of the earth extend to the United States as well.

World Missions

The World Missions arm of the Mississippi District Council exists to equip and encourage the Assemblies of God pastors and churches of Mississippi to fulfill the Great Commission through Assemblies of God World Missionaries.
