Bruce Pepper has been involved with Royal Rangers since 1995. He has served as Outpost Commander and Senior Commander and has served as District Commander since 2006. Bruce's passion is Royal Rangers. Evangelizing, equipping, and empowering the next generation of Christ like men and lifelong servant leaders is what he believes God has called him to do!
